Our In-House Projects are financed with a combination of bank financing and private investment or “hard money.”  Private investments are currently secured using notes on deeds of trust, insuring that investors are paid first at settlement before proceeds can be distributed to shareholders. Our buy and hold portfolio currently yields 9% annual return while the renovate (or develop) and sell portfolio yields 12% annually.  We can accommodate investors who would like to participate in both portfolios simultaneously.  Currently the minimum investment is $50,000 with a maximum individual investment of $500,000.

We are not representing that all of the following properties are owned by Urban Development Partners, LLC.  In many cases, we identify opportunities and develop proforma documents and conceptual plans in order to advertise the opportunity to our investor partners.
